Mordeo Bistro & bar offers some of the best Italian, French, & Spanish cuisines in Sydney. Head Chef Ales Matejk has collaborated with Chef and Owner Nicholas Aspros to curate and style a rich collection produce-driven dishes ranging from tapas and share plates, wood fire meals, hand stretched pizza, daily fresh pastas, robust mains to decadent desserts. The Team out front lead by Vivian Megumi Hyashida and Pascal Lebreux are sure to deliver a warm and friendly and efficient dining experience.

Our wide-ranging selection of wines by the glass and amazing cocktails curated by our mixologist Sam are all there to complement the food and dining experience.
